If someone claims you can make money fast, it's usually a scam. |

| Over the years, I have tried many different ways to make money at home in order to supplement our income while staying home to raise our four children. I looked into several internet offers that claimed you could make money fast. Thankfully, I had enough sense to check with the Better Business Bureau before I invested any of my own money in them. I found out ahead of time that they were scams. I tried doing surveys, but there wasn't any real money to be made there either. It was basically a waste of time. There was the usual 'how to make money online' sites, but that often times meant you had to sell something and I'm just not that kind of person. Several of these places wanted you to invest a certain amount of money and then they would set you up. I finally decided to do daycare in my home and clean offices in the evening to make extra money. When I got tired of cleaning offices, I started selling homemade crafts and made some good money there. All of these things worked really well but required effort on my part. I realize now that there is no such thing as 'easy money'. It takes work and commitment. |
